Dr Lee Naylor

With 20 years industry experience, Lee merges her PhD in medicine and her competitive Olympic track and field expertise to assist businesses to build strong workplace health and wellbeing cultures. Lee competed in the Sydney and Atlanta Olympics in athletics, winning a Commonwealth Games gold medal and World Championships bronze before hanging up her spikes at the end of 2000.

Lee is kept busy with three teenage children, positions on sporting boards assisting the next generation of athlete, a toy cavoodle and a love of cooking!
