Kath is a psychologist, executive coach, licensed investigator and organisational consultant and with extensive experience in a variety of organisational contexts. Kath's passion is supporting people and teams to improve their performance, build insight and promote behaviour change. She has a particular interest in complex people challenges and psychological safety. With over 20 years of professional experience, her psychological knowledge and practical, down-to-earth approach allows her to engage with a broad range of people and provide practical solutions to workplace challenges.

Jimmy has over 25 years international experience across a range of sectors including resources, power and manufacturing. His strong passion for leadership, team, safety and mental health and wellbeing development spans across four continents and many cultures. Jimmy emigrated from his native Scotland to Sydney in 2003 and enjoys spending time at home with his wife and 2 young children, cooking, watching sport and re-discovering his passion for snooker.

Robert is the founder and Managing Director of The Jonah Group. He is genuinely passionate about safety and making a real difference from the board room to the front line. In 1999, he was involved in a significant fire accident which resulted in him having 15% burns to his body and 35% to his wife’s body. This incident was a catalyst for a life-long inquiry into ‘Why do smart people make stupid mistakes?’. Rob has a master’s degree in mechanical engineering and more than 30 years of experience in high hazard industries including oil & gas, mining, construction, explosives, and manufacturing. He has a reputation for converting the unconvertable and creating a sustainable shift in people’s attitudes, behaviour, and mindset to ensure their safety and wellbeing.
